01. Your preferences — Tell us about your desired style, colors, and budget, and share reference photos of dresses you love — plus a couple of full-length photos of yourself to help our designer. No ideas? Just trust us — the result will surprise you!
02. Sketch — After we agree on the details, a 50% deposit is required, and our artists prepare a personalized sketch of your future dress. The sketch is included in the price, and minor changes are free. Once the sketch is approved, we will begin sewing — and send you our measurement chart: all our fabrics are stretch, so the fit is excellent without in-person fittings. → [Download the measurement chart]
03. Price — The cost depends on the complexity of the work, materials, and urgency. Each dress is exclusive, regardless of budget. We sew with love for every detail. Custom dresses start at $1,800 and range up to $4,000+ per dress.
04. Production & delivery — Production takes 6–8 weeks; a rush order in 2–3 weeks is possible if fabrics are in stock. In Ukraine — Nova Poshta. Worldwide — DHL and other courier services; delivery to the USA takes 6–7 days and is usually included in the price.
